· Develop and monitor institutional and promotional campaigns

· Oversee the production of physical materials and manage suppliers

· Support commercial strategies and control the marketing budget

· Identify workplace safety risks and conditions

· Conduct periodic inspections and issue technical reports

· Guide employees on safety regulations and procedures

· Supervise and guide the daily activities of housekeepers and general service staff.

· Conduct inspections and release units for reception.

· Manage supplies and linens, and substitute for the Housekeeping Manager.
