It provides optical fiber services for residential and business customers, ensuring quality and efficiency in data transmission. **Responsibilities:** Install, assemble, and configure network equipment such as routers, switches, and network points. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on network infrastructure, monitor performance, and resolve connectivity failures. Monitor network operations, analyze system alarms, and ensure continuous service availability. Implement and manage network security policies, including firewall configuration and access control. Maintain up-to-date documentation of network topology, maintenance routines, and protocols used. Provide technical support (Help Desk/Service Desk) to users, responding to tickets and resolving hardware- and software-related network issues.
