As a store officer, you will be responsible for monitoring and executing risk management activities—including surveillance of company assets across various store areas, docks, and parking lots—as well as inspecting and controlling the entry and exit of customer and supplier vehicles, and managing the entry and exit of identified employees and third parties holding valid ID badges. You will track the administrative process for goods receipt to safeguard company assets and document all incidents observed on store premises with both the store management and headquarters. However, being a store officer goes beyond simply monitoring the store and performing routine tasks. Interpersonal skills and effective communication are essential to interact courteously and respectfully with customers and colleagues—even under stressful circumstances—ensuring adherence to all processes and procedures. **Requirements:** High school diploma; Experience in the field is desirable; Availability required for a rotating 6x1 work schedule (including holidays and weekends), from 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM\.
