Then this job is for you! **Responsibilities and duties** What does a **Store Leader Operator** do in our WORLD? Pay attention: * Positively impacts the lives of people interacting with our WORLD; * Fully represents our brand (appearance, impeccable uniform, makeup according to the store's concept, posture, and communication style), including adherence to rules and procedures; * Provides customer service through to payment processing (ringing up purchases at the Cashier); * Daily verifies payment receipts and cash amounts during cash register opening and closing; * Organizes the store, including layout/displays, cleaning, and sanitization of auxiliary materials; * Offers differentiated consulting to meet consumers' needs, highlighting the unique features of our products and services; * Procures requested merchandise for customers; * Provides service on digital platforms and E\-commerce; * Facilitates customers' navigation within the store; * Closes the store on days when the manager and assistant manager are off; * Ensures data loading into registers for system updates; * Processes cancellations and/or discounts at the register; * Handles product exchanges for returning customers; * Supports processes related to the cash register; * Assists in store opening and closing; * Contacts superiors to resolve store issues, internal/external customer concerns, or unusual situations; * And last but very important, have passion for what you do.
