Responsibilities and Duties * Provide post\-sales relationship consulting; * Monitor performance indicators; * Identify process improvements aimed at customer retention and problem resolution; * Provide technical consulting support to internal and external customers and internal mechanics; * Perform and record maintenance for 100% of completed service requests; * Analyze warranty processes and product technical issues; * Negotiate with customers and suppliers via phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail; * Ensure service quality and track product status until delivery; * Guarantee on\-time product delivery according to workshop scheduling; * Maintain product quality in line with control standards, as well as equipment under your responsibility; * Perform other related activities within your scope of work. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school or technical education in mechanics, electricity, or related fields; * Technical knowledge in the motorcycle field, including products and parts (preferred); * Strong communication skills, empathy, and emotional intelligence for interacting with customers; flexibility and adaptability to handle various situations. 2512100202181584662
