Job Summary: A construction and real estate development company seeks a Building Technician to prepare and interpret projects, support and supervise construction projects, and manage technical documentation. Perform technical measurements and surveys A construction and real estate development company is seeking a Building Technician in Abreu e Lima. **Responsibilities:** Prepare and interpret technical projects and drawings in accordance with current regulations. Support construction project management by monitoring schedules, execution, and service quality. Perform field-based technical measurements and surveys. Manage and organize technical and legal documentation for construction projects. Participate in project and construction regularization processes with competent authorities. Support on-site supervision of services to ensure compliance with specifications. Assist in other technical routines within the building construction field. Previous experience as a Junior Civil Engineer, Building Designer, Engineering Assistant, or Construction Technician may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position.
