Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage performance indicators, propose process improvements, and support management with reports and dashboards, ensuring compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Development of executive reports and dashboards Description: If you have: * A completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields * Proficiency in performance indicator analysis and management (KPIs, OKRs) * Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in BI and AI tools * Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and process automation * Knowledge of internal and external process audits and compliance * Ability to identify and propose data-driven improvements \#JoinUs We value candidates who also have: * A specialization in Quality Management, Process Engineering, or Analytics. * Executive presentation techniques for results (Dashboards and reports) * ERP experience (SAP or similar), focusing on control and indicator modules * Experience with Power BI, basic SQL, or automation via Google Sheets/AppScript * Experience with quality tools (PDCA and 5W2H) * Monitoring and analysis of performance indicators, ensuring data accuracy and consistency * Proposing and implementing process improvements based on data analysis * Tracking and adhering to the department's budget * Supporting teams in process standardization and compliance with internal policies * Analyzing departmental diagnostics regarding the management system * Validating performance indicators across other departments and scheduling results presentations * Participating in results presentations for all company departments * Developing executive performance reports and dashboards to support management * Participating in internal and external audits, ensuring regulatory and operational compliance. 2511210202471882257
