Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to ensure that construction projects are executed in compliance with regulations, quality standards, and schedules, with solid experience in civil construction, budgeting, and supervision. Control costs, optimize budgets, and manage budgets and measurements. Job Description We are expanding our team and seeking a highly experienced **Construction Supervisor**, with strong background in civil construction, budgeting, design, and supervision. The professional will be responsible for ensuring construction execution complies with technical standards, quality requirements, and established schedules. Responsibilities and Duties * Supervise construction execution in accordance with designs, technical standards, and quality requirements; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, proper use of PPE, and appropriate site conditions; * Monitor schedules, ensuring all phases are completed within the planned deadlines; * Control costs and resources, minimizing waste and optimizing project budgets; * Prepare and update technical reports, inspections, and project documentation; * Manage budgets and measurements, analyzing losses, gains, and physical/financial progress; * Ensure legal compliance, including inspections required for permit issuance; * Lead teams and mediate conflicts, guiding professionals and ensuring alignment among all stakeholders. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with specialization in Construction Management; * Solid experience in civil construction, supervision, budgeting, design, and construction management; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, SIENGE / SIECON, ORÇAFASCIO, and technical report writing is mandatory; * Prior experience on steel structure projects is a plus; * Willingness to travel as required.
