Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to strengthen the Procurement area, working strategically with a focus on efficiency, results, and supplier negotiations. Key Highlights: 1. Partnership with various internal departments We seek a professional to strengthen Belle Semijoias' Procurement area, working strategically, efficiently, and results-oriented. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead end-to-end procurement processes * Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers * Develop and monitor suppliers * Monitor KPIs (savings, deadlines, and performance) * Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Logistics, Sales, and Operations) **What We Expect:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills * Knowledge of BI and data analysis tools * Experience in Procurement or Supply Chain * Analytical mindset and results orientation * Strong negotiation and organizational skills * ERP experience (SAP, TOTVS, Oracle, or similar) **Advantages:** * Experience in strategic sourcing or category management * Knowledge of cost reduction methodologies (TCO, Should Cost) * Retail or shopping mall environment experience * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency If this resonates with you, we want to meet you.
