




Job Summary: Assist the nutritionist in diet preparation, portioning, and verification; food quality control; and monitoring meal distribution. Key Highlights: 1. Support to the nutritionist and multidisciplinary team 2. Ensure meal delivery according to therapeutic schedules and routines 3. Control of inventory, supplies, and basic stocktaking Nutrition Technician – Assist the nutritionist in preparing, portioning, and verifying specific diets. • Conduct food quality control (temperature, expiration dates, storage conditions, and technical specifications). • Monitor meal distribution to ensure appropriate and personalized service. • Manage inventory and supplies, check expiration dates, and perform basic stocktaking. * Food safety and hygiene. • Support to the nutritionist and multidisciplinary team. • Ensure meal delivery according to clinic schedules and therapeutic routines. Completed high school education. * Completed technical course in nutrition and dietetics. • Registration with the Regional Nutrition Council (CRN).
