Guarantee of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction **Job Description:** ---------------------- Store management, ensuring employee motivation and performance as well as smooth daily store operations; Daily monitoring of contractual KPIs related to customer service; Monitoring service flow to ensure agility and first-contact resolution; Overseeing frontline store operations to guarantee efficiency throughout the customer journey; Supervising store administrative management (e.g., timekeeping, staff schedules, consumable supplies); Handling customer service conflicts personally and providing prompt, accurate solutions (in such cases, taking ownership of the service interaction); Ensuring adherence to company-defined quality standards; Ensuring compliance with processes defined by the client company; Conducting daily morning alignment meetings with the entire store team; Holding results review meetings with the immediate supervisor and team; Regularly delivering feedback for development, correction, and support across the entire store operations team; Developing the team to deliver high-quality, agile customer service; Monitoring agent service delivery and performance, providing support during critical service situations; Managing the store to ensure optimal performance; monitoring and ensuring target indicators are met; Conducting store visits for stores under the manager’s responsibility. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Degree in administrative fields. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- INDIFFERENT **Salary:** ------------ $2,290.20 **Benefits:** --------------- Meal/Voucher Allowance – $20.61 per working day, medical and dental insurance, transportation allowance. **Work Location:** ---------------------- LOGOS **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday: 09:00–18:00; Saturday: 09:00–13:00
