We are looking for a professional passionate about social media and influencer marketing to support the development of campaigns that strengthen our brands and foster audience connection. Key Responsibilities: Support the planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns for the company's brands. Prospect, select, and maintain relationships with influencers, content creators, partners, and brand ambassadors. Negotiate and monitor barter arrangements, sponsored posts, events, and other influencer activations. Organize the shipment of press kits, promotional gifts, and marketing materials, overseeing the entire delivery logistics. Develop briefings, align timelines, and monitor influencer deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines and brand guidelines. Monitor posts, validate deliverables, and consolidate evidence from executed campaigns. Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, views, and conversions), prepare reports, and provide insights to optimize initiatives. Identify market trends, emerging content creators, and partnership opportunities to increase brand visibility. Support event coverage, store openings, and influencer activations, ensuring a positive experience aligned with campaign objectives. Produce supporting social media content related to influencer activities and monitor audience response. Maintain an updated influencer marketing campaign calendar, ensuring organization, tracking, and execution of initiatives. ##### **Requirements** Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor’s program in Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Design, or related fields.
