Maintenance Leader Work Location: Goiana Reporting To: Maintenance Supervisor REQUIREMENTS * Pursuing or completed Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or Production) or related field; * SAP (Purchasing; EAM PM; Inventory Control MRP modules) * Knowledge of Maintenance Planning and Control; \- Basic knowledge \- CAD (Solidworks, Catia) * Knowledge of Mechanical Drawing Reading and Interpretation; Electrical Diagrams * English desirable * English desirable * Minimum 12 months in current position * Minimum 12 months without warnings or unjustified absences * Prior agreement from manager. MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Support the operational maintenance team for special and routine tasks, ensuring execution. * Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify weaknesses and optimization potential * Lead maintenance-related improvement actions in collaboration with departments (Production and ME) * Organize equipment and components * Propose improvements to maintenance standards * Ensure expected technical activity time per equipment / facility * Responsible for managing maintenance-related interruptions and execution of preventive maintenance activities * Responsible for managing detailed workforce planning for preventive/corrective maintenance execution * Collaborate with the maintenance engineering team regarding necessary improvement actions ELIMINATION STAGES OF THE PROCESS * Resume screening; * HR \+ hierarchical interview. * Presentation of a pre\-defined case to HR \+ Managers **Your Contact** Liliane Correa BENTELER Human Resources **Who Are We?** The BENTELER Group always has the answer.
