




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with a higher education degree and experience in industrial sector sales to perform prospecting, negotiation, and client portfolio management. Proficiency in negotiation, prospecting, and portfolio management **POSITION FOR: Northeast \- Recife \- Coverage across the entire state.** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Commercial Management, or related fields; **Mandatory Requirements:** * Experience in industrial sector sales, automation, logistics, or civil construction, as well as in high-value-added segments; * Knowledge of CRM systems; * Personal vehicle and laptop computer. * Experience in external sales, preferably technical or consultative sales; * Experience selling high-value-added products and managing longer sales cycles; * Ability to read and interpret projects, technical drawings, or complex solutions (preferred); * Proficiency in negotiation, client prospecting, and portfolio management; * Willingness to travel; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Strong communication skills, consultative approach, and results orientation.
