We are looking for a commercially oriented Customer Service Consultant who is highly motivated and results-driven, to perform proactive prospecting and commercial opportunity development. This professional will serve on the commercial frontline, delivering online service to leads generated via paid traffic, with a focus on contract conversion. **Main Responsibilities**: * Provide online customer service via WhatsApp, CRM, and other channels; * Qualify leads and conduct negotiations; * Close legal service contracts; * Proactively follow up with leads who did not initially convert; * Deliver consultative service, conveying security and credibility; * Organize and update information in the system; **Requirements:** * Prior experience in customer service or online sales; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Commercial mindset with a results orientation; * Negotiation and persuasion skills; * Resilience and consistency in follow-up; * Organization and discipline in process execution.
