




**Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Temporary Handle onboarding requests by verifying documentation and registering onboarding in the system. Support the maintenance of internship contracts, carrying out the contract renewal process, as well as supporting employee requests via the system. Manage electronic timekeeping, supporting the Local HR team. Handle termination requests, sending termination documents and forms to former employees for validation. Generate and monitor Local HR processes according to requests. Provide support for tasks as required by the needs and characteristics of the department/branch, relevant to Personnel Administration processes. **Requirements:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; basic knowledge of personnel administration routines, support in timekeeping management, data entry into systems, spreadsheet updating, and fixed expense control. **Benefits:** Life Insurance, Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher
