This detailed strategy is the soul of our institution and must serve as a permanent source of guidance and inspiration for all institutional decisions. **FULLY ON-SITE POSITION** **What is the challenge of this role?** Design and implement complex and distributed systems, focusing on scalability and high availability; Act as an ambassador of corporate guidelines (Clean Code, Design Patterns, Information Security) within your vertical; Support the technical development of less experienced team members by conducting constructive code reviews and pair programming sessions. Identify performance bottlenecks and propose architectural solutions to avoid technical debt; Ensure all solutions comply with LGPD and healthcare data interoperability standards (e.g., HL7/FHIR, if applicable); Develop and maintain robust APIs enabling efficient communication between your vertical and the rest of the company’s ecosystem. **What we expect from you:** Completed undergraduate degree in Systems Analysis and Development or related fields; Extensive software development experience (regardless of the primary language used in your vertical—e.g., Java, C#, Node.js, or Go); Proficiency in Microservices architecture, Messaging (RabbitMQ, Kafka), and databases (Relational and NoSQL); Practical experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP); In-depth knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing (Unit, Integration, E2E), and Observability; Knowledge of secure development practices (OWASP). **Not required, but highly desirable:** Prior experience in the Health Tech sector; Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards; Contributions to Open Source projects or active participation in technical communities.
