Your role is to lead the QA/Quality team, strengthen our internal controls, support strategic decisions with data, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your responsibilities are: * Lead and develop the Quality team, ensuring alignment, performance, and individual growth; * Structure, review, and evolve **quality processes, policies, and standards**, ensuring consistency in deliverables; * Monitor and analyze **quality indicators**, proposing and implementing corrective and preventive actions; * Define and monitor team **goals and SLAs**, working closely with involved departments; * Conduct **internal audits** and support external audits when necessary; * Generate managerial reports with insights for leadership, based on evidence and data; * Lead **continuous improvement** initiatives and promote a culture of operational excellence; * Support Product, Development, Support, and Customer Service teams in analyses, validations, and incident reviews; * Disseminate best practices and quality methodologies across SIEG teams. Pay attention to mandatory requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Quality Management, Technology**, or related fields; * Previous experience in **quality management**, processes, and metrics; * **Team leadership experience** (coordination, supervision, or management); * Knowledge of quality methodologies and tools: PDCA, Lean, Six Sigma, Ishikawa, 5W2H, or similar; * Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making; * Strong communication, organization, and ability to work with multiple departments; * Proactive profile, solution-oriented, with strong sense of responsibility.
