The Merchandising Apprentice supports the implementation of product display and organization strategies at the point of sale, ensuring the brand is well presented and aligned with commercial guidelines. The goal is to learn merchandising processes hands-on, while developing an understanding of strategic product placement, store relationship management, and retail execution—and, of course, preparing for future Promoter roles. * Organize and restock products on shelves; * Check product expiration dates and ensure correct pricing; * Assist in collecting unsellable products (e.g., expired items); * Support assembly of merchandising materials (displays, island units, end-cap displays); * Monitor shelf stock levels at the point of sale; * Record basic information (stockouts, competitor activity, surveys, photos); * Organize merchandise for inventory counts; * Support Promoters in-store; * Assist Promoters or area Supervisors. 100% On-site We recognize our role as agents of transformation to drive positive change; therefore, diversity, equity, and inclusion are among our top priorities.
