With a team passionate about serving, we are looking for **Customer Service Interns** who are committed and friendly to ensure a unique experience for our customers and continue delighting them. **Job Description** As an **Intern**, you will be responsible for supporting customer service by presenting our menu, receiving and guiding customers, answering questions, taking orders, keeping the workspace always clean and organized, ensuring fast, polite, and efficient service. Under supervision, you will also provide administrative support when necessary, creating and/or updating spreadsheets, reports, and documents. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive customers, deliver orders, and answer questions; * Present the menu; * Record orders; * Deliver dishes politely; * Type, write, analyze, copy, verify, file, and control the entry and exit of administrative documents; * Assist in cash flow control; * Create and update documents, spreadsheets, and reports; * Restock and organize products and the department; * Check inventory; * Operate equipment; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area; * Support sales and/or post\-sales monitoring; * Provide customer service and assist in daily operations of the service department, and when necessary, provide administrative support as directed by Supervision. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing a technical or higher education degree in administration, logistics, HR, or business management; * Basic computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and basic math; * Previous experience in customer service, sales, or cashier roles is desirable; * Friendly, courteous, and proactive; * Good interpersonal communication; * Ability to work in a team. **Benefits** * Market\-competitive salary; * Transportation allowance; * Meals on site; * Collaborative work environment; * Opportunities for career growth. **Working Hours** * 1\) Monday to Friday: 11am\-3pm, and 3:15pm to 5pm; * 2\) Wednesday to Sunday: 11am\-3pm, and 3:15pm to 5pm. **Location** * Shopping mall in Boa Viagem.
