





**Activities** * Support the reservations department in handling phone calls and emails; * Assist in registering and updating reservations in the system; * Provide information regarding rates, availability, and hotel policies; * Support the management of online sales channels; * Contribute to the organization and administrative routine of the department. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field; * Good verbal and written communication skills; * Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, email); * Intermediate English proficiency desirable (advantage). **Working Hours: 09:00 - 15:00 // 15:00 - 21:00** **Work Schedule: 6x1** Job type: Internship Payment: starting at BRL 800.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance
