




**Responsibilities and duties:** * Provide in-person customer service. * Receive and serve customers courteously and amicably. * Issue service requests. * Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies. * Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and satisfactorily. * Maintain the service area clean and organized. * Collaborate with other service representatives to ensure high-quality service. **Requirements and qualifications:** * Currently enrolled in high school and/or undergraduate studies in administrative or related fields; * Microsoft Office suite; * Basic computer skills; * Portuguese language proficiency; * Good typing speed. **Additional information:** * Monthly stipend of R$830; * Transportation allowance; * Availability to work from Monday to Saturday. * Morning shift: Entry time 9:00 AM, exit time 2:12 PM. * Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. * Weekly working hours: 30 hours.
