RESPONSIBILITIES: * Understand business requirements and propose integrated technical solutions. * Identify automation opportunities and process improvements. * Develop web applications, APIs, and RPA automations focusing on quality, security, and scalability. * Implement and maintain code for frontend, backend, and automated workflows. * Work in multidisciplinary teams (developers, analysts, designers, and DevOps). * Participate in code reviews and agile projects (Scrum, Kanban). * Perform testing and debugging of applications and automations. * Document code, APIs, and automation flows according to team standards. * Monitor, fix, and optimize existing systems and bots. * Support users and technical teams in incident resolution. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: * Higher education in IT (completed or in progress); * Experience in backend, frontend, and RPA development; * Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, SQL, ADVPL, and modern frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.); * Experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere); * Problem-solving, diagnostic, and analytical skills.
