Responsibilities and Duties * This role involves guiding students through their pedagogical routine, monitoring activities, providing individualized support, addressing emotional issues, and mediating conflicts. With families, responsibilities include advising on routines and projects, communicating delays, absences, and other occasional situations. In supporting teachers, duties encompass daily assistance, verifying system records, managing schedule releases, tracking grades, and entering attendance data. Additionally, the role includes monitoring school routines—observing student and staff behavior, movement, and arrival and departure times. Requirements and Qualifications Incomplete higher education. Experience working in teams; Previous experience in administrative or pedagogical roles within a school setting; Desirable Requirements Strong written communication skills and grammatical proficiency; theoretical and practical grounding; basic computer literacy and familiarity with new technologies.
