Support for billing and logistics processes **Job Description:** ---------------------- Perform operational activities related to the billing process, as scheduled by the logistics department. Issue invoices of various types using the Protheus system. Verify financial and tax pending items prior to invoice issuance, ensuring compliance with internal procedures. Record deliveries in portals and archive corresponding proof of delivery. Issue loading orders and register carriers, vehicles, and drivers in the system. Request inventory balances and laboratory reports according to the billing schedule defined by the logistics analyst. Complete and monitor spreadsheets tracking invoice replacements and inventory reintegration. Issue various tax documents, such as RPA (daily and weekly), DAE, GNRE, and PIN, as required operationally. Monitor issued invoices and CTEs and assist in resolving pending items in the tax system (Sieg). Issue simple purchase orders for logistics department suppliers (e.g., Fretebras, transportation services, daily allowances). Support monitoring of operational indicators (e.g., savings, invoice cancellations, inventory requests). Prepare simple reports tracking activities performed by the billing and logistics department. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Protheus TOTVS.
