




Job Summary: Store manager responsible for leading the team, managing sales, inventory, customer service, and monitoring performance metrics. Key Highlights: 1. Team leadership and retail sales management. 2. Knowledge of optical products and ophthalmic prescriptions. 3. KPI management, supplier relationship management, and inventory management. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform store opening and closing procedures; * Conduct daily financial cash reconciliation; * Manage the sales team, including training and ongoing activity supervision; * Manage store products and window displays; * Maintain contact relationships with laboratories and suppliers; * Provide customer service; * Manage, analyze, and monitor pending service orders at the laboratory; * Manage team commission reports; * Manage KPIs related to customer service/team performance and store revenue; * Monitor the unit's eNPS to implement continuous actions and improvements in customer service/store operations. * Conduct monthly inventories with the administrative team; **Requirements** * Experience in team leadership; store growth targets; and retail operations. * Knowledge of optical products (lenses, frames, lens treatments). * Understanding of ophthalmic prescriptions and lens fittings. * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields. **Work Location:** * Recife (Ilha do Leite) \- PE Job Type: Full-time CLT Work Mode: On-site
