Coordination of corrective and preventive actions for non-conformities **Description** Responsible for managing, planning, and analyzing quality control results to ensure that products and process execution comply with established quality standards, and to provide visibility to the team and management regarding these processes and products. **Responsibilities** * Supervise, guide, and develop the team of quality inspectors and analysts; * Assign tasks, monitor performance, and conduct training; * Ensure implementation of inspection and testing plans; * Monitor quality indicators, identifying deviations and opportunities for improvement; * Guarantee product compliance throughout all stages of the production process; * Identify, record, and investigate non-conformities; * Coordinate root cause analyses and define corrective and preventive actions; * Verify the effectiveness of implemented actions; * Develop, review, and implement procedures, work instructions, and quality standards; * Ensure documents are up-to-date and properly followed; * Ensure compliance with applicable standards (e.g., ISO 13485, RDC 665, ISO 14001, etc., as applicable to the company's sector); * Prepare management reports; * Monitor KPIs; * Lead process improvement projects; * Promote quality tools such as PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa Diagram, MASP, among others. **Requirements** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Quality Management, or Administration. * Postgraduate qualification in Quality Management is desirable; * Knowledge of internal audit standards NBR ISO 14001, RDC 665 (Good Manufacturing Practices), and NBR ISO 13485; * Knowledge of Metrology and Quality Management is desirable; * Experience in team management and personnel development. **Benefits** * Market-competitive salary * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Educational incentive program * Wellhub (Gympass)
