Position: Store Manager \| Iury Costa \- RECIFE Desired Profile: We seek a professional with strong commercial vision, passion for authorial fashion, and the ability to lead high-performance teams. The main focus will be KPI management, customer delight, and maintaining the brand's aesthetic excellence. Key Responsibilities: \* Performance Management: Daily monitoring of KPIs (P/A, V/A, Average Transaction Value, and Conversion Rate) and creation of action plans to achieve targets. \* Team Leadership: Recruitment, continuous training, motivation, and development of sales consultants. \* CRM Excellence: Active management of the customer database, focusing on loyalty, after-sales service, and clienteling initiatives. \* Visual Merchandising: Ensuring store aesthetic standardization, collection coordination, and assembly of high-impact window displays. \* Retail Operations: Inventory management, cash closing, staff scheduling, and interface with the central office. Qualifications and Requirements: \* Proven Experience: Prior experience managing fashion retail stores (preferably in the Premium or Authorial segment). \* KPI Proficiency: Analytical capability to interpret sales data and translate it into commercial strategies. \* Customer Experience Focus: Skill in consultative selling and high-level personalized service. \* Aesthetic Vision: Keen eye for fashion, trends, and outfit composition. \* Availability: Shopping mall working hours.
