Internship in Industrial Maintenance.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Lead weekly and monthly Autonomous Maintenance Program meetings, aligning goals and directions with the team.
* Prepare and present managerial reports on the status and progress of the Autonomous Maintenance Program to leadership.
* Plan and schedule service orders;
* Manage the logistics flow of equipment for external maintenance;
* Analyze performance data and update departmental key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel for data manipulation);
Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proactivity to interact across factory departments.
