Responsibilities and duties Supporting/executing maintenance planning and control with field information. Will be guided and inserted into SAP, 5S, MPT, NR10, Environmental Policy, and Quality Policy systems. Diagnosing problems/failures in machines and automated or conventional systems, performing respective maintenance on servo motors, sensors, CNC, PLC, HMI, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Promoting improvements and preservation in machines and equipment. Performing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance primarily in teams. Correlating maintenance techniques according to process and equipment characteristics. Technical supervision for bench repairs. Technical supervision during corrective maintenance for equipment repairs. Organizing motor shipments for external repair. Recording and monitoring efficiency and maintenance of compressors and cooling towers.
