Responsibilities: * Monitor and oversee the company's financial health, including cost closing, budgeting (budget), and financial forecasting (forecast); * Prepare management reports and analyze budget variances; * Conduct internal audits; * Develop performance indicator dashboards (KPIs); * Collaborate with departments to draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); * Daily monitoring of journal entries; * Prepare monthly closing comparing budgeted vs. actual results for monthly performance presentations and budget trajectory recalculations; * Review the quarterly forecast with all internal stakeholders (departments) and perform other duties inherent to the position. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress, preferably in Accounting Sciences or related fields; * Postgraduate studies in Finance are desirable; * Experience in the Controller area, especially in budget preparation, control, and monitoring; * Knowledge of KPI and SOP development, implementation, control, and monitoring; * Advanced proficiency in Excel, Integrated Management Systems (ERP), PowerPoint, BI, and AI.
