Propose software solutions to meet these needs. Develop technical specifications for information systems development. Perform testing and validation of IT solutions. Support the implementation of IT solutions. Maintain quality and effectiveness of implemented IT solutions. Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT solutions. Document and record detailed information about systems and processes, including technical specifications and user manuals. Conduct training for users on effective system usage. Participate in project management, helping ensure deadlines are met and resources are used efficiently. Evaluate existing systems to identify improvement areas and recommend updates or new solutions. * **Required Experience:** Minimum of 6 months proven experience in the field. * **Desirable:** Knowledge in CRM Dynamics 365 and TOTVS RM family. * **Skills:** Programming and software development knowledge. Database knowledge. Operating systems knowledge. Computer networks knowledge. Agile software development methodologies knowledge. General ERP concepts – Structure, objectives, and main modules of TOTVS RM and Dynamics 365 CRM. 2\. Architecture and Administration – Layered structure, databases, support tables, access profiles, solutions, and security. 3\. Customization and Reports – RM Reports, Visual Formula, Business Rules, entity customization, integrated reports. 4\. Integration and Database – Web services, REST APIs, Dataverse, connectors, and integration best practices. 5\. Specific Modules – RM Labore, RM Classis, RM Chronus. Dynamics 365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service. 6\.
