If you want to act as a **technical reference in information security within CESAR**, with special focus on **CISSA**, supporting researchers in R\&D projects and strengthening the security posture across the entire organization, and be a key player in aligning **applied research in cybersecurity** with **corporate security governance and operations**, this opportunity is for you! **What we expect from you:** * Act as **Senior Information Security Analyst** at **CESAR**, initially responsible for CISSA demands; * Support the implementation and maintenance of server and service infrastructure and software platforms to enable research in **Identity and Access Management**, **Data Protection and Privacy**, **Cyber Threat Intelligence**, and **Legal, Ethical and Behavioral Aspects**; * Support **risk assessments, pentests, vulnerability analyses**; * Be responsible for executing **proofs of concept on cybersecurity platforms and solutions**: + For example, tools such as **SIEM, IPS, WAF, DLP, Zero Trust, corporate antivirus, IAM**; * Implement and maintain **security controls in corporate and research environments**, both *on\-premises* and in public *Clouds*; * Support research project teams in the **design of secure architectures** and **DevSecOps practices** throughout the development lifecycle; * Act in **incident response and digital forensics**, supporting both research projects and CESAR's corporate operations; * Lead the **definition and monitoring of policies, metrics, and risk indicators**, aligned with international frameworks (such as **ISO 27001, NIST CSF, LGPD/GDPR, COBIT, etc.**); * Support **information security awareness and training programs** for researchers, employees, and partners. **It is important that you have:** * **Experience** in Information Security, working as a senior engineer in complex IT, research, and innovation environments; * Knowledge of **IAM, encryption, data privacy, and regulatory compliance** solutions and platforms; * Experience with **DevSecOps**, code analysis focused on security, CI/CD pipelines, and secure development frameworks; * Mastery of **corporate infrastructure (Linux/Windows, networks, firewalls, proxies, VPNs, load balancers, etc)**; * Experience with **Cloud Security, Secrets Manager, containers / Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code** (Terraform, Ansible); * Creating, maintaining, and troubleshooting automation *scripts* (e.g., *Bash*, *Python*, etc): + Ability to quickly learn the fundamentals of popular scripting languages; * Experience with configuration management frameworks, including Chef, Puppet, Ansible, etc; * Experience in **Pentest, SAST, DAST, SIEM, SOC, and forensic analysis**; * Knowledge in **monitoring and observability** (Splunk, Grafana, Kibana, Datadog); * **Advanced English** to interact with international partners and research; * Desired certifications: **OSCP, CEH, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, CompTIA Security\+**. **In addition to behavioral skills****:** * **Strategic vision**, balancing research demands (CISSA) with corporate needs (CESAR); * **Clear and adaptive communication** for researchers, managers, and executives; * **Innovation and proactivity** in emerging threat scenarios; * **Autonomy and collaboration**, acting in a consultative manner with teams; * **Mentoring and knowledge transfer**, supporting less experienced professionals.
