This detailed strategy is the soul of our institution and should be a permanent source of guidance and inspiration for all institutional decisions. **What is the challenge of this role?** Define, implement, and monitor data governance strategies (quality, consistency, integrity, and security); Ensure compliance with LGPD policies and information handling compliance; Support the creation and maintenance of data dictionaries, catalogs, and corporate data models; Design, model, and develop dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.); Create analytical and predictive models to support strategic decision-making; Integrate different data sources (ERP, CRM, internal systems, external APIs); Implement complex ETL/ELT processes using tools such as SSIS, Talend, Pentaho, Apache Hop, Data Factory, among others; Perform trend analysis, projections, KPIs, and corporate performance; Support executives and managers in strategic planning and KPI monitoring; Develop simulations and scenarios (what\-if analysis) for financial and operational decisions; Act as a technical reference for mid-level/junior BI teams; Conduct code reviews, modeling best practices, and standardization of reports and processes; Support PMO and business areas in designing indicator requirements; Propose continuous improvements in data analysis and visualization processes; Translate strategic and operational needs into data and reporting requirements; Participate in committees, executive meetings, and decision forums, presenting insights and diagnostics; Lead workshops and training sessions to upskill key BI users; Research and recommend new technologies in BI, Big Data, Analytics, and Applied AI; Work on Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and Cloud Analytics projects; Evaluate solution performance and propose cost and performance optimizations (e.g.: efficient query usage, licensing, cloud). **What we expect from you:** Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; Previous experience in the activities mentioned in this role. **What you will find with us:** * Childcare assistance; * Lens allowance; * Ben.up; * Benefits Club; * Pharmacy discount; * Birthday day off; * Wellhub; * Health and dental plan; * Life insurance; * Meal and/or food allowance (extended during vacations); * Certifications and trainings; * Corporate university; * And much more!
