





**Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure service quality and administrative processes for low-complexity clients, meeting agreed SLAs and KPIs. * Act as the focal point between client and company, ensuring efficient communication and delivery of requests. * Monitor performance indicators and support monthly client presentations. * Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity. * Manage consumables inventory and production closing for billing purposes. * Lead a team of up to 3 people. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress. * Must own a personal vehicle. * Preferred: intermediate Excel proficiency.
