Responsibilities: • Lead the IT area, focusing on strategy, governance, and operational efficiency. • Coordinate infrastructure, systems, projects, and information security teams. • Manage and develop the team (approximately 20 professionals), promoting engagement, training, and performance. • Define and prioritize the project portfolio, aligning objectives and expected outcomes with senior management. • Ensure the availability and reliability of corporate systems and the datacenter. • Drive the evolution and maintenance of corporate platforms (e.g.: CRM, ERP, automation and data tools). • Implement IT governance practices, budget control, and performance indicators. • Manage strategic vendors, ensuring technical quality and SLA compliance. • Plan and execute digital transformation initiatives, prioritizing automation, data, and cross-functional integration. • Act as an interface between technology and business areas, translating needs into practical solutions. • Ensure compliance with security policies and business continuity, with a focus on management and results. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields. • Experience leading multidisciplinary IT teams, with strategic vision and results orientation. • Experience in project management and IT governance (ITIL, COBIT). • Experience implementing and maintaining corporate systems (ERP, CRM, automations, integrations). • Knowledge of infrastructure, networks, and information security. • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and project prioritization. • Familiarity with data, BI, and RPA is desirable. • Intermediate English (reading and interaction with vendors).
