NEWSUPRI CORPORATE INFORMATION #### **JOB DESCRIPTION** The professional will be responsible for coordinating service deliveries from the Network Operations Center (NOC), managing service requests and incidents, as well as monitoring clients’ IT infrastructure. Their mission is to ensure delivery quality and compliance according to defined departmental processes, including priority management, resource allocation, and resolution of operational conflicts. They will be responsible for executing operational planning and tracking departmental performance indicators. They will also engage the team, monitor its performance, and support team development. #### **EDUCATION** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field. IT Service Management certifications (ITIL and/or HDI) Technical certifications in IT infrastructure (HPE, ARUBA, FORTINET, VMWARE) are considered advantageous. #### **SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE** Experience in operational management of IT infrastructure environments and NOC. Experience managing demands, tickets, priorities, and operational KPIs. Ability to coordinate team deliverables. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
