* Conduct functional validation tests (FAT/SAT) and field logic adjustments.
* Execute system commissioning and startup, ensuring safety and technical compliance.
* Monitor assisted operations, adjusting parameters and optimizing performance.
* Prepare technical documentation, such as I/O lists, control diagrams, test plans, and commissioning reports.
* Interact with multidisciplinary teams (electrical engineering, instrumentation, process, IT).
Qualifications:
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Automation, Control or similar). Active registration with CREA or equivalent council.
* Minimum of 05 (five) years of experience in commissioning large automation system projects and/or units in the oil and/or petrochemical sectors.
* Advanced/Intermediate English.
* Ability to perform commissioning, troubleshooting, and failure analysis of complex systems.
* Configuration of DCS systems (Foxboro) and Triconex.
* Proficiency in industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, FF).
* Proven practical experience with Schneider/Foxboro SDCD.
* Proven practical experience with Triconex PLC.
* Knowledge of programming languages (e.g.: ladder, structured text, control script).
* Knowledge of control network topologies (rings, star, bus, etc.).
* Proficiency in Windows tools, Word, MS Access, among others.
* Advanced Excel.
* Reading and interpretation of P\&IDs, electrical and logic diagrams.
* Knowledge of functional safety systems (SIS).
* Management of schedules and technical resources during commissioning.
* Problem-solving with agility and precision.
* Clear communication with technical and operational teams.
* Teamwork and technical leadership in high-pressure environments.
* Adaptability to scope changes and field conditions.
* Time and priority management in dynamic environments.
* Commitment to safety and quality in all project phases.
* Multidisciplinary profile and ability to handle matters related to interfaces between disciplines, such as: design, electrical, procurement, automation, and operation of the respective industrial unit under this contract and other contracted parties.
**Desirable:** Experience with engineering tools such as COMOS, EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical.
