




Profile: * Reside in Recife – PE * Bachelor's degree completed. * Knowledge of the region. * Availability for travel and direct market engagement. * Prior experience in Dairy Products/Consumer Goods is desirable. * Proficiency in sales routines and processes. * Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills. * Monitor/track KPIs. * Experience in B2B sales and/or distribution channels. * Ability to manage field teams. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company-set targets. * Manage direct and indirect sales teams across the states within your region (PE), providing support and guidance to ensure team performance and motivation. * Prospect new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying business opportunities. * Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities. * Manage budgets and commercial agreements, as well as the commercial policies practiced in the market.
