Reporting to the Commercial Manager, key responsibilities include: * Making initial contact with interested leads and qualifying commercial outreach; * Presenting and recommending the most suitable specializations based on the client's profile; * Managing the entire sales process, from first contact through to closure; * Conducting customer service and negotiations via phone, WhatsApp, and CRM; * Performing follow-ups with leads to maintain engagement and advance negotiations.
