Job Summary: Colégio GGE is seeking an educator to plan and deliver lessons in accordance with the BNCC and PPP, assess students, clarify doubts, and promote the development of competencies. Collaborate in educational projects and continuous professional development Colégio GGE \| Recife \- PE \| In-person Job Description Plan and deliver lessons for the corresponding educational stage, in accordance with the guidelines and content established by the BNCC and the institution's PPP; assess students through grading exams or exercises; conduct in-class assignments; clarify doubts; and promote the development of competencies and skills. Responsibilities and Duties Gather and interpret data regarding the reality of one's class; \- Organize methods for delivering content \- experiential learning situations; \- Assess and record student progress through exams, school assignments, and participation in pedagogical projects, and provide grades and feedback; \- Cooperatively carry out actions within the school environment, collaborating with other teachers, coordinators, school administration, parents, and other stakeholders; \- Attend meetings, pedagogical projects, and other activities proposed by the institution; \- Respond to requests from the school principal related to one's teaching practice within the school environment; \- Maintain pedagogical and formative records; \- Participate in continuous professional development programs for educators (Teacher Meetings); \- Collaborate in the development of educational projects; \- Provide individualized instruction to each student, promoting interactive learning; Requirements and Qualifications Completed higher education Fields of expertise related to the position: Education / Teaching / Languages Desirable Requirements COMPLETED HIGHER EDUCATION DEGREE. Since English proficiency can be acquired—including through self-study—candidates with overseas experience or certifications are especially encouraged.
