





**Position: Matrix Human Resources and Payroll Coordinator** We are seeking a Human Resources and Payroll Coordinator to work within our corporate sector. This professional will be responsible for leading strategic and operational activities within the HR and Payroll departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, compliance with labor and social security regulations, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. **Main Responsibilities:** **Human Resources** * Coordinate recruitment, selection, onboarding, and talent development processes; * Implement and monitor performance appraisal programs and individual development plans; * Develop and oversee job, salary, and benefits policies; * Promote internal communication initiatives and actions aimed at improving organizational climate; * Conduct KPI and people management performance indicator analyses; * Participate in strategic planning, contributing to the definition of short-, medium-, and long-term HR policies and actions. **Payroll Department** * Supervise payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculations and timely compliance; * Manage employee onboarding, termination, vacation, and leave processes, ensuring adherence to CLT and other applicable legislation; * Administer benefits, electronic time tracking, and overtime banks; * Monitor collective bargaining agreements and conventions, keeping internal practices up to date; * Handle ancillary obligations such as eSocial, RAIS, CAGED, DIRF, and other legal requirements; * Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding procedures, labor rights, and responsibilities. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in People Management, Human Resources, or related areas (desirable); * Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR/Payroll, with at least 2 years in a leadership role; * Solid knowledge of labor legislation, payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR/Payroll systems; * Leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, strategic vision, and results orientation. **Differentiators:** * Experience implementing HR and Payroll processes; * Background in healthcare institutions or the third sector.
