




Job Summary: An HR professional responsible for recruitment and selection, monitoring inclusion programs, analyzing HR metrics, and interfacing with managers. Key Highlights: 1. Conducting end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes. 2. Monitoring inclusion programs (Young Apprentice, Interns, and Persons with Disabilities). 3. Analyzing HR metrics and providing strategic interface with managers. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Conducting end-to-end **Recruitment and Selection** processes (job posting, screening, interviews, and evaluation reports); * Conducting **exit interviews**, including data analysis and improvement suggestions; * Monitoring inclusion programs such as **Young Apprentice, Interns, and Persons with Disabilities**; * Follow-up during the probationary period (monitoring at 45 and 90 days); * Updating, tracking, and analyzing **HR metrics** (turnover, absenteeism, average time-to-hire, among others); * Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures; * Interfacing with managers to align strategic priorities related to the People & Management area. ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in **Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or Psychology**; * Proficiency in **Excel** and HR management systems is desirable; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, analytical mindset, and results orientation.
