Leadership and team management Description: Academic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree completed in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Experience: * Experience in fleet management, vehicle logistics, fleet leasing, or field operations; * Experience in contract mobilization/demobilization processes. Technical Knowledge: * Transportation logistics and fleet control; * Vehicle inspections, checklists, and documentation; * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance; * Control tools and systems (Excel, ERPs such as TOTVS, tracking systems); Desired Behavioral Competencies: * Leadership and team management; * Organization and planning; * Results-oriented mindset; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Problem-solving ability; * Attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Plan and supervise demobilization activities for concluded or resized contracts, ensuring execution within schedule; * Coordinate the removal of vehicles, machinery, and equipment from clients, ensuring efficient logistics and appropriate transportation; * Supervise or conduct inspections, checklists, and photographic records of demobilized assets; * Ensure the physical integrity of assets during transportation and upon return to base or reallocation; * Support Commercial and Contracts departments in operational contract closure processes; * Supervise internal teams and third-party personnel involved in asset removal and transportation; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, traffic legislation, and environmental best practices; * Guarantee full document traceability throughout the demobilization process, including reports, assessments, and system records; * Maintain relationships with clients, transportation providers, workshops, and other relevant partners; * Participate in contract closure meetings, contributing analyses, lessons learned, and suggestions for continuous improvement. 2511120202181768844
