




Job Summary: A sales professional responsible for in-person and telephone customer service, sales prospecting and follow-up, and support in planning activities. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration in planning commercial activities **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday — 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Service Provider — PJ * Provide in-person customer service; * Provide telephone customer service; * Prospect customers using the CRM tool; * Prospect new customers externally through PAP (Door-to-Door) actions at strategic locations; * Register local customers in the CRM tool to build a customer portfolio; * Register new proposals in the system; * Monitor proposals throughout the evaluation process and communicate outcomes (positive or negative) to customers; * Monitor customer portfolios for future prospecting/sales; * Jointly monitor sales origination with the supervisor; * Assist store management in planning store activities. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education * Preferred: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields. **Benefits:** No benefits provided
