The professional will be the direct point of contact with the customer at the time of purchase completion, being essential to ensure courteous and efficient service. Main Responsibilities: • Provide customer service at the cash register, operating the sales registration and payment receipt system; • Process payments in cash, card, and other methods, ensuring transactions are correctly executed; • Issue invoices and payment receipts, guaranteeing all sales are properly recorded; • Monitor cash flow during the work shift, performing daily opening and closing procedures; • Offer friendly and helpful service, assisting customers with questions or guidance during the payment process; • Verify and organize change, ensuring the register is always adequately stocked; • Ensure accuracy in cash register closing, reporting any discrepancies to the immediate supervisor.
