General Services Assistant

#### **About the position:** * Perform cleaning, maintenance, and operational support services in common areas, administrative areas, and service areas of the hotel, ensuring organized, hygienic environments that meet the company's quality and safety standards. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Clean social areas (lobby, corridors, rooms, shared restrooms), operational areas (floor pantries, locker rooms, cafeteria), and administrative areas of the hotel. * Restock hygiene supplies (paper, soap, hand sanitizer) in common-use areas. * Support housekeeping activities as needed (pantry cleaning, garbage collection, material transportation). * Maintain cleaning equipment and report any need for maintenance or replacement. * Keep the workplace clean and ensure cleaning supplies are properly organized and stored. * Follow safety procedures, use of PPE, and instructions from leadership team. * Contribute to sustainable practices (conscious use of water, energy, and cleaning products). * Assist with setting up or reorganizing event rooms, support areas, or indoor spaces upon request. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed High School Education #### **Desirable requirements (advantage):** * Training in the use of cleaning equipment, dilution of cleaning products, and hygiene and safety standards. * Relevant work experience: 6 months to 1 year * Prior experience in professional cleaning or general services, preferably in hospitality, hospitals, or large corporations. #### **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * Salvia (Telemedicine \| Tele\-specialist) * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Birthday day off * On\-site meals * Discounts on accommodations within the network #### **Work schedule and working hours:** * 5 days on, 1 day off
