Activate and maintain network and telephone points. Perform maintenance on computers and peripherals. Install Microsoft operating systems. Install and configure Microsoft Office suite software and multifunction printers. Create and manage Active Directory users and groups. Develop and update internal procedures and controls. Perform tasks related to standard IT internship duties.
