**General Services** **Job Description:** We are hiring a **General Services** professional to perform cleaning, conservation, and general maintenance of the premises. We seek a responsible, organized individual who is willing to carry out diverse tasks ensuring the proper functioning of both internal and external areas. **Responsibilities:** * Perform general cleaning of internal and external areas. * Daily removal of garbage. * Maintain gardens (watering plants, basic pruning, and general upkeep). * Carry out minor repairs when necessary. * Perform basic painting tasks when required. * Maintain organization and conservation of common areas. * Organize and manage cleaning supplies and equipment. * Other duties **Requirements:** * No prior experience, or prior experience in general services (**preferred**). * Basic knowledge of maintenance, gardening, and painting. * Responsibility, proactivity, and punctuality. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Employment Type:** * **CLT – 44 hours per week** **Benefits:** * **Transportation allowance** * **Market-competitive salary** Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1,700.00 – R$2,220.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance
