Job Summary: Assist in preparing construction budgets and planning for civil engineering projects, and analyze tender notices and tender documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in preparing civil engineering construction budgets 2. Analysis of tender notices and documentation for tenders 3. Support in monitoring and analyzing construction planning Knowledge of or interest in construction budgeting and planning; Experience or proficiency in Excel; Knowledge of tender notice analysis and tender documentation is a plus; Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical ability. FUNCTION: * Assist in preparing civil engineering construction budgets; * Assist in analyzing tender notices and documentation for participation in tenders; * Conduct quantity surveys and support cost composition; * Assist in monitoring and analyzing updates to construction planning; * Support the preparation and submission of activity monitoring and control reports; * Prepare and update spreadsheets for tracking proposals and planning.
